Hey, I’m Kristy- and I’m not your typical real estate agent.
With over 20 years in new home construction and design, and 10 years of real estate hustle under my belt, I bring a whole lot more to the table than a blazer and a fake smile. I’ve moved myself more times than I can count, so I get what it takes — emotionally, financially, logistically — to make big life moves. That’s why I pour everything I’ve got into helping my clients navigate theirs.
I work hard, swear occasionally (okay, more than occasionally), and refuse to drink the industry’s old fashioned (BS) Kool-Aid. I’m fun, spicy, and fiercely committed to making sure your next chapter is exactly what you want it to be.
My business? Built almost entirely on referrals, repeat clients, and friends — most of whom started as just that: clients. I’ve been lucky enough to work with the coolest humans on the planet, and now I’m a little picky. If we vibe, amazing — we’re going to crush it together. If not? That’s cool too. It’s all about the right fit.
I’ve got two of the coolest daughters ever, and the most handsome son, Nacho (yes, really). I love bacon, pinot grigio, and keeping things real. I’m here to help you move forward, whether that’s buying your first home, your dream home, or something in between.
